We connected deeply with nature through grounding and surfing.

We learned about the local culture and traditions including surprising our retreaters with a Cacao Ceremony, which was a transformative portal for healing, release & collective empowerment.

We cultivated abundance through meditation, movement, dance & self-expression.

We luxuriated with a sunset sailboat tour & massages
